Norman D. Grant started Grant Capital in the spring of 2022 after seeing the need for a quantitative-based financial approach for his clients. Prior to being Managing Director of Grant Capital Norman served clients under the Edward Jones umbrella for seven years. While there, Norman qualified for the distinguished Financial Advisors Leadership Conference reserved for the top advisors in the firm. This recognition highlights his commitment to his clients through service excellence in an approach that stands out from the rest.

Norman has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Norman is a graduate of the United States Military Academy-West Point where he received his Engineering Technology Bachelor of Science degree. He served with honor during Operation Joint Endeavor with the 1stArmored Division in Bosnia. Norman was promoted to the rank of Captain during his military service.
Personal
Norman lives in a suburb of Kansas City with his family. He enjoys playing football with his sons and catching a great game on TV. He can always be heard cheering “Go Army” in December during the Army-Navy game.
As a Kansas boy, Clint grew up learning the power of hard work and the value of trust and commitment in relationships. He saw it lived out in his grandfather who knew everyone in town and always greeted them with a smile and a handshake! He saw it modeled in his parents who recently celebrated their 50th anniversary. So many have passed on the legacy –parents, grandparents, pastors, teachers, friends, and family.
Because of this, he has always loved serving families--from the decade he and his family spent in youth and pastoral work to the time he spent with a school music service helping beginner band students and their families all over the Midwest. Now he has the opportunity, once again!
After a stint as a “career-changer” Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, he joined the team working for Norman and never looked back! It has been a fantastic adventure so far, bringing to life the vision Norman had for Grant Capital. His hope is to continue to be an asset to clients and the team for many years to come.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Clint is a graduate of Evangel University with a BA in Bible/Pastoral Counseling. He served nearly a decade as an Associate/Youth Pastor before transitioning to work with a Missouri-based school music service. He worked 12 years in administration and general management for them.
PERSONAL
Clint is an avid musician and has played the guitar since he was a teenager. He loves movies, particularly sci-fi films. He and his family live in the Kansas City Metro area.
Rebecca Carow has been with Grant Capital since its start in the spring of 2022. Prior to being Sr. Wealth Advisor Associate at Grant Capital, Rebecca served clients at Edward Jones for seven years. Rebecca advanced to Sr. Branch Office Assistant while at Edward Jones and kept that position for 4 years. While working under the direction of Norman, Rebecca achieved a Client Service Excellence Top 25% in the country firm award for service excellence. Rebecca also achieved a Qualified Service Award for year(s) 2016-2021. This recognition highlights her commitment to service excellence and making a difference in the lives of clients and their specific needs.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Rebecca has 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to being in the financial industry, she served as a Music educator in the public sector for twelve years, as well as a specialized Paralegal in the Litigation and Patent/Trademark area, and Insurance law for ten years.
Rebecca is a graduate from Southeastern Oklahoma State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education. Rebecca’s passion for service and her musical gifts have taken her to a variety of interesting places in the community. These include performance(s) at senior adult events; worship vocalist in Kansas City and Oklahoma; principal vocalist with Endless Grace, a contemporary worship band in Kansas City; Children’s Director for church performance(s) and VBS summer events in Kansas City and Oklahoma.
PERSONAL
Rebecca lives in a suburb of Kansas City with her family. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her 4-grown children and 4-grandchildren, with a visit to the museum, a concert, or the great outdoors. In her free time, she also loves to perform with her husband, Kurt, who is a professional keyboard player.
Carolyn Delaney started at Grant Capital in the Spring of 2022 after transitioning from Edward Jones. Her commitment to customer service and building client relationships is a big part of her passion in life and is why she enjoys working at Grant Capital. Being an intricate part of helping clients to achieve their financial dreams makes working in the financial services industry, especially at Grant Capital, more rewarding.
