About

Norman D. Grant founded Grant Capital on the basis of seeing the need for a quantitative-based financial approach for his clients.  Prior to being Managing Director of Grant Capital, Norman served clients under the Edward Jones umbrella for 7 years. While there, Norman qualified for the distinguished Financial Advisors Leadership Conference reserved for the top 1,200 advisors with the firm*. This recognition highlights his commitment to his clients through service excellence in an approach that stands out from the rest.

In the first few minutes of talking with Norman, you will quickly feel his passion for the markets. He has the energy, authentic understanding of quantitative-based approaches, and an unwavering focus on client-specific needs. He serves clients in 32 states. Norman and his team are committed to efficient, personalized strategies for each client. Grant Capital takes pride in guiding clients through their financial journey whether they are business owners looking for capital management options, institutions, emerging high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families.

Norman also serves on Commonwealth Financial Network’s Advisory Council and President’s Club. The President’s Club is a distinction attained by advisors affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network for those who qualified to be in the top 10% of advisors the previous year. Experience and Education

Norman has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Norman is a graduate of the United States Military Academy-West Point where he received his Engineering Technology Bachelor of Science degree. He served with honor during Operation Joint Endeavor with the 1stArmored Division in Bosnia. Norman was promoted to the rank of Captain during his military service.

Personal

Norman lives in a suburb of Kansas City with his family.  He enjoys playing football with his sons and catching a great game on TV.  He can always be heard cheering “Go Army!” in December during the Army-Navy game.
